Start with reviewed profile details

Enter your application details in the web app and review any suggestions imported from your resume. Saved profile details take priority over resume suggestions. Unknown facts should stay unanswered until you supply them.

Open the employer’s actual application form, scan it and inspect the detected labels and choices. The extension fills selected fields; it does not click Submit, Apply or Next for you.

Keep sensitive answers under your control

US applications may ask about work authorization, sponsorship, voluntary demographic information or attestations. These questions must not be answered from a guess. Review the exact wording and provide only facts you can confirm.

Use explicit resume attachment for the chosen upload field. Check that the employer has accepted the intended file before you continue. Existing values and attachments are preserved unless you choose supported replacement controls.

Check employer-specific questions and legal statements yourself.
Confirm the final form and submit directly to the employer.

Know when manual completion is the better path

Form behavior differs by provider and employer configuration. Dynamic steps, inaccessible embedded forms, closed shadow roots and unusual upload controls can require manual work or additional site permission.

Re-scan after changing steps. If a field is not understood, fill it manually rather than forcing a mismatched answer. Extension support is not a promise that every Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby or other employer form will behave identically.

This setup is a desktop browser workflow. Use the web app for preparation on other devices and confirm browser support before installing.
